Defective tapes and books may be returned for same title replacement only for 30 days from date of order. Due to obvious copyright and duplication issues no cash or credit card refunds are allowed on video and printed materials. . Shipping fees, certifications, and memberships are never refundable.

Returns: All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, contact WJKDF and ask for an RMA number. The RMA number must be on the outside of the box. Any item received without an RMA will be returned to the sender unopened. New, unused items must be returned in their original packaging unless otherwise authorized Although we take every precaution that you receive orders in a speedy manor, we cannot guarantee shipments outside of the U.S. due to various country customs and mail system difficulties.
